Regardless of the content of the balance of your post, please read the first sentence of both the first and third paragraphs of your post.

"There is no constitutional right to home schooling"

"I repeat: all parents have the right to home school their children".

If there were reasoning that made both of these two true, you haven't included it here. And, the two statements, if there were reasoning for their simultaneous validity, should not be worded virtually identical.

For a college professor you're not very good at this, are you.
