Dear Friends,

The sum and substance of this comment is to agree with the author that America's power needs to be used for peace and to restore better functionality and respect to the United Nations and to a multilateral approach to solving global problems.

With the amount of money that America is throwing down the toilet in the war in Iraq, we could be feeding every starving child on the planet, ramping up a global Marshall Plan for solar energy, educating the peoples of Earth for a stable and sustainable population, and reversing climate change.

Instead, the absolutely blind idiocy of George W. Bush and Big Oil, Inc is leading us toward global suicide.

Unless a Republican candidate has a very clear plan for a sustainable future on Planet Earth, do not vote for him!
