No,read her columns. After reading her columns I would not spend a dime on her book.
First she was not talking about America quitting in Afghanistan in the quote I referred to, she was talking about Gen McChrystal resigning because he didnt get his way. I quoted her exactly in my response and responded to that comment. You totally ignored everything I responded to in my post.
Secondly, Look back at her columns. She constantly attacks the most brilliant of our military leaders. She second guesses them and insults their integrity. I never met Gen McChrystal but have met and worked closely with great leaders she insults like Generals Odierno, Lynch, Casey and Petraeus.
These men have spent DECADES studying strategy, war fighting, the Arab mindset, and most have Masters or PHDs in topics like International Relations. They have all spent YEARS living and working in the countries in question. These men were selected repeatedly as the ebst of the best our country has to offer.
So yes I challenge her credentials to insult these men. And the fact that she so readily does insult them time after time shows me she is not a supporter of the military at all. Look at how dismissive she was of Gen Odierno and a wounded BN CDR in

She is usually wrong in her assessments, wrong in her conclusions, and wrong in her treatment of those who sacrifice so much for our country.
