Term Limits

What would term limits do to change the long standing relationships with lobbyists? The senators and reps who have been in office for 30 - 40 and 50 years run this country, and they need to find something else to do.

Also, a civics test administered to all, and voter rights granted ONLY to those who pass.

...to be ruled by a central government out of Washington, DC. It's a pity the South didn't win the war - that way this huge landmass would divided up into many small nations.

I suspect the only thing we can do is wait for the corruption in Washington to, eventually, destroy the US government.
