You are right about the importation of cheap (and illegal) labor, especially in the construction sector. But you should know, being in the business. Thanks for your post and welcome to Town Hall. And a heartfelt "thank you" for your service to our country, running rivers in Vietnam.
I was a young pup back then and turned 18 just after the draft had ended.
