Also, I don't know if "rock" can be pigeon-holed as liberal. Some groups are politcally liberal, but many of the themes are more conservative than liberal, even if the groups/bands are not.

I was actually making reference to a specific hypothetical situation, if liberals who happened to be rock fans didn't buy tickets, etc...

But come to think of it conservative rock stars are hard to find...
