Federalist Paper #24

Right to the crux of the problem. Too many of these people are voted in based SOLELY on how much pork they bring in. Look at Sheets Byrd. ANYWHERE you go in West Va.,you will see tons of things named after the King Of Pork. This most certainly is NOT what the writers had in mind.Since the liberals have succeeded so well in dumbing down the masses along with a willing mainstream media,I think the only solution to the problem is make anyone running for the House or Senate pass, with no less than a 90% score,a test on the ACTUAL meaning and intent of the Founders.Along with the ACTUAL powers and duties of the Federal gov't. The people, unless they do the research themselves, will never really know the Constitution tells the gov't what it CAN'T do as opposed to what it CAN. The more the average citizen learns and understands this, along with those running for office, the better off we'll be.
