Health Care is a bribe to Abandon the Constitution

Congress passed legislation 43 years ago, which established Medicare and Medicaid. I have seen no law books, which show any legal challenges. The precedent has been set, as to the government and the authority to disburse health care. Conservatives should not "Fool" their supporters but "School" them! HOLLA...

A Lack of Legal Challenges in an envionment is hardly surprising in an environment where the Court has made it plain and clear it is NO LONGER going to use the original Context of the social contract in interpreting is hardly surprising. Ever since FDR threatened to Stack the court, and forced them to ESTABLISH precednects that overturned 100 Years of Constitutional Law, there has been no point in Challenging the Usurpers, because there is no chance that justice will be done.

That is no way changes the fact that a power to provide Medicaid was NEVER GRANTED BY THE PEOPLE. WE the PEOPLE are the ones who decide what powers the FED has. That did not happen. You want Medicare - GET AN AMENDMENT.
