to "we". I'm sure the kool-aid cult buys it hook line and sinker. I don't feel a bit like "we". I feel sucker punched by this whole sordid affair. I don't care what color a person's skin is. I do care what color a persons heart is, especially when that person is going to occupy our Whitehouse. I don't think I like the color of Obama's heart. He is a liar and a phony. He claims to be a Christian yet is giddy about enacting a law that will result in millions more slaughtered babies; destroy traditional marriage and rob taxpayers of their hard earned money and hand it over to n'er do wells. Nope; I'm not part of "we". Not when "we" includes B. Hussein Obama.

I can see how he would want to "change" his slogan, because the change isn't coming. He is surrounded mostly by whites and wants to identify with their wealth. He wants to spread the wealth to HIM... $90 mil on a vacation? Yeah, we are one, is better than change you CAN'T believe in!

Actually, it is not race that divides me from other Americans. It is values and ideology. I am a conservative and have been ever since I was 15 when I read Buckley's God and Man at Yale. Then I wrote Bill and got answers back. As to values, culturally and spiritually, what divides me from others is just this: anyone who is a liberal, pacifist, socialist, leftist of any stripe, is not in my wheelhouse. Period. I can play , or did when I was 60, but not now, basketball with anybody but when conversing, praying, joining in like minded groups, liberalism divides me from them. I can have them over for dinner. I just cannot fathom their values core or ideology which simply smacks of anti-Americanism and anti-Judeo-Christian Western Civ. Worldviews. I can have a drink with any of them black, blue, polka dot, but I cannot believe or trust them if they are liberals. Period. One thing that can unite me with varied multicultural people groups: Jesus and Christianity. If they are, they are in my family. Can I go to games, play cards, go to the gym with them? You bet. But, if they are leftists , I can never treat them like family.

Even the Fox News poll has Obama's favorable rating at 76%!

Good point concerning “we” and “them”. Eight years of vicious attacks and now we’re expected to be lapdogs.

It’s only a matter of time before the hope and change crowd become disillusioned. But the dems in the white house and congress will continue the circus and bread routine. When that wears thin, they’ll redirect the disgruntled masses back towards the previous administration with the tired, but effective hate tactics.

I agree. Race only divides us when used in that context...the point I was trying to make.

When it was convenient, Obama, with great assistance from the MSM, peddled his own “victimhood” to win the minority vote; despite the divisive consequences to America. Now he’s in and wants everyone to forget it.

And as you mention, real issues separate us…race is not one of them.

I’m damn proud and thankful to be in the minority in that poll.

We are One is part of the Indoctrination process of bringing the masses together under the New Age Religion which is imperative to make the New World Order Successful...It's a generalized watered down prayer/invocation that seems harmless and is in place that all religions find acceptable.

IMO, the 'oneness' has a lot to do with 'one-world' rhetoric. President Obama, in his own words, is a 'citizen of the world.' His I- address affirms his commitment to other countries' causes and less on his duties as President of the United Stats. Scary days ahead.
