Comment on: A Bright White Paper

Sarah's Woulda' Shoulda' and Obama's Lie

A couple of comments

Oh how often I have wished for this very thing by our side many a time.

A couple of words of caution though. Obama and the news media knew what they were doing in their coverage. It is the responsibility of the voter to at least make some modicum of effort to insure they are making an informed decision. If Obama turns out to be tax people who thought they were getting a tax cut they have no one to blame but themselves.

I knew who McCain was when I voted for him. And I despise him thoroughly. Even if he had won I was under no illusions that we were getting anything but another worthless nothingburger. I only voted because Sarah Palin was on the ticket. And I knew who she was too. I've known she was an up and comer for at least a couple of years. And I knew that the media would be unrelenting in their attacks and that the beltway types wouldn't defend a conservative. They never do.

I couldn't agree more with Dave M. who commented on my post captioned above. I did not like McCAin as a candidate, but I abhor Obama more because of his left-wing policies. Thanks for your incise comment, Dave M.

I feel you Don!

But the truth of the matter is this was for McCain to do,Serah should have never been put in that position.I don't know if McCain's staff was so stupid or if he was so stubborn not to listen to them, probably a little of both.Palin needed to be on the stump 24/7 in all the swing states playing to big crowds unencumbered by McCain's moving target of a platform. It is my personal belief he was jealous of her immense popularity and ability to draw larger crowds than him, hence the reluctance to dispel the smears coming from his campaign staff. She learned a lot this time around, she will be back and this time she will be unleashed.
