Whats wrong with the USC is that the Founders did not limit office seekers to a limited time. None of the Constitutional officers are limited as to duration in office, which is a invitation to corruption, the Madison notes of the convention confirm their concerns but they did not codify or institutionaize any remedy. Please see my blog - Petition for Constitutional Amendment for Term Limits and Office Tenure. I humbly ask for your support and aid in dissemination of this necessary fix.
