I disagree with one small part here. Soetoro COULD GIVE A RATS AZS about putting them under our Constitution. Remember,to HIM,it is a charter of negative liberties. WHY would he want to put these clowns under the framework he himself does NOT believe in? Simply all about increasing the number of those dependent on an Obama-led government for their subsistence.

You make a good point about Barry's view of the Constitution.
Because he looks at it as a list of negative liberties, he also sees it as something to work or weasel around. Hence the czars in the WH. He has given most of them power and money without having to go through a confirmation process.
