Speech

The speech was typical Bush. I liked it. However, I feel the American people are simply tired of Iraq. Bush tried to make the connection between Iraq and 9/11 but it wasn't very strong. Also, American people are so short sighted, they're not willing to "stay the course." Is it so surprising? Americans haven't fully supported a war since WWII,,,which took Pearl Harbor to get us in gear. Even then, that was fairly easy to define, a country, with known soldiers, etc. Who are we fighting now? I dunno,,its a tuff spot to be in.
