I saw that article. It was quite surprising. It won't last long though. I am not sure why they printed that article, but it may have to do with the fact that no deal was struck at the climate conferences this month. It is funny how things things change when countries are out of money. They simply can't afford to deal with the climate at this point.

LOL, that is very true! Let's see if the U.S. Congress and Obama realize it though and drop the ridiculous "cap and trade" bill.
