That rocks, Nee!!!
Good rant better video and kudos to kid #1, bonus points if he's actually read the book!
It's no coincidence that conservatives would be a big part of this movement, after all, fiscal responsibility is a conservative cornerstone.
Red Nanny said that the poor didn't show up. Duh!!! The poor DON'T PAY TAXES! The rich didn't show up either but they got the bailout money why would they complain?
This is a middle class movement since that's who is under attack.
Keep hammering!

Excellent commentary/essay. I gotta say, I loved the linked videos, both the one of the newsbroad getting reamed, and the one your hub and kids made. That one's terrific.
BTW...... you mean.... I'm NOT getting a check for going to a tea party?
Wha?????.......

By some
Accounts as many as one million 'folks' (as distinguished from the ACORN plants at PBHO events) attended one or more Tea Party event.
Hardly an insignificant number.

Yep. We are under attack and we're not gonna take it....Have you seen how the COW said he would be "nice" to those having a rough time with their taxes and paying them? I wonder if he'll be nice to me next year when my 40 k is due and I can't pay it because I am unemployed?

What an outstanding video and I liked the ending the best ... Think, it's not illegal yet. Superb job.
Say, do you think that me, thee and other conservatives will make the DSM V? Evidently it's in the prep stages (I forget when it is to be published) -- haha!
Thanx again for a great post. Your rant was spot on, IMO.

Thanks for stopping...I didn't update this on the blog, but, one thing that is very interesting is that CNN is trying to block the Founding Bloggers from airing their own video!!
And if you go to the side TH blogs, Roesgen was apparently instrumental in the Jena 6 media portrayal.

I am personally grateful to Susan Roesgen for raising us humble bloggers to the level of CNN reporters. We are all journalists now, at least by that standard!

There were a few signs
that were somewhat mass-produced. The organizers of some of the parties had printable 8.5 x 11 signs available for download on their sites, such as http://www.tea4change.com (the Bucks County, PA, Tea Party site). The one I carried at both Tea Parties that I attended was made by...ME! The ones my kids carried were made by...well, I outlines the letters and they colored 'em in.
CNN has gotten You-Tube to pull most of the videos showing the aftermath with that ditz "reporter"
If Fox News and other big businesses were sponsoring them...WHERE'S MY CHECK???

Not only did I not get a check, but I had to pay for parking. I don't know about you, but I can't say as I saw any RNC advetisements at either of the two parties I was at, so if they are sponsoring them, they are doing a pi$$ poor job at getting their brand promoted. On the other hand, there were two Republican politicians speaking, one at each party, and I got a chance to speak with one. A first class opportunity for me.
I'm going to try to get in touch with the organizers up in Cleveland, and see if maybe I can't speak at the next one. They had a few veterans up there, and I have a few choice points to make.
Rock on!
