On Obamacare

1. Do away with the entire malpractice industry. No MP insurance, no MP lawyers, no MP lawsuits.
If a doctor ruins his career and all the work put into it by being careless, he shouldn't be a dr. I don't believe there is very much real MP out there.

2. Break the employer/insurance bond by rolling back the requirement for employers to supply it to employees. Instead, give the tax break the employers have to the employees to help pay for healthcare, and catastrophic insurance. This will drive prices down as the individual will pay for routne services, not insurance.

3. Get rid of all the required coverages imposed by gov't on insurance policies and allow coverage of only what the insured wants to pay for.

4. Allow sales of insurance across all gov't boundaries, state, county, nation, etc.


That would be much better than tearing it all down and recreating it less efficient than it was.
