A shame you haven't kept up with this, you write what a lot of us feel. Get back to it. It's just plain common sense with a bit of sarcastic humor tossed into the mix.

BTW,,you don't want to live in NYC, even with all the perks that Mayor B is giving out, they'll just tax them out of you into giving them back and more,,,,,I know I lived in NY for most of my life. I am happy I am gone.
