We Hunt The Red Squirrel!

How time after time Obama is proven to converse with anti-American fellers and still the media and his followers take no notice. Once he takes office, it will be much of the same. I am starting to believe more and more that the time for a revolution is nearing.

As the Declaration of Independence says:

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

With candidates like Obama, I feel the time may be approaching.

But 527's will prove effective, because the pea brained moderate middle will be susceptible to sound bite campaigns, and common sense news, like, Obama is a communist sympathizer, look at his record.....so who's got the money?

CK- I was a 'foot-soldier in the 60s revolution'. I was in Berkeley when the mob threw the police out and took over the Telegraph Avenue district and the campus. They burned professor's life's work, they looted the local Mom&Pop store where I bought the licorice I ate when I stood on my corner selling underground newspapers.I'll never forget that old man sitting on the curb next to his ruined little shop crying. One of the things that finally turned me into a conservative was seeing how cruel and ugly lawlessness made people. I'm not ready to embrace violence yet. The failure of Obama's policies might drive a fear-crazed nation to violence but its nothing to wish for, believe me!

Dave- Its not a smear if its true. Willy Horton was true, the SwiftBoat stuff was true. Most of the stuff about the Clintons was true, and a lot of the untrue stuff was disinformation lanted by the Clints to make their opponents look like liars. The truth packs a punch that offsets a billion dollars worth of lies. It took a few years for the truth to catch up with the Clints, but it has.

why every takeover by a despot starts with the seizure of the media. We have been seeing it happen since SDS codified the "American" plan in the Port Huron Statement. The now near total control of the major media by the left makes it very difficult to gain access to the people's ears.

I was a different kind of "foot-soldier" in the 60's and I am probably better suited to CK's form of revolution but count me in either way. Where do I sign up?

Yer back! I just was remarking to emjayne that somebody must have put LSD in your 'In&Out' Burger and that you had run off to live in your Volkswagen van and sneak into 'Ratdog' concerts.Or joined the Obama campaign.

Sarge and Dave- We have to retake the culture from the inside. The most important fragment of the culture these days is the internet where people create their own content. Young kids do not buy a lot of the nonsense of the liberals. My youngest daughter, who went to urban schools her entire life and just graduated UC Irvine, a very left-wing school, is surprisingly conservative and might end up voting for McLame. Her friends are the same. They hated the idiots who were pushing PC stuff on them in school. They saw it as anti-white racism. Obama makes them mad. They dont see why we shouldn't drill for oil if we dont have enough. They don't want to cut back their lifestyle because of the polar bears.

Not that kind of revolution. The average person is right center, in my eyes, so why disturb them. My revolution would be straight to the capital and force them out of power. I would never want a bloody contest. I hope it never comes to that, I desperately hope it doesn't for I am only 21 and if that revolution didn't go well, I would have to live in a world such as that. I hope we can take back our country and bring it right without a hint of violence.

Unfortunately the bureaucracy which has taken over our country will need some tough medicine to cure. We're heading into the storm now. Any of us who went through the upheavals of the 60's...which were mild and local...can guess what will happen when there is 30% unemployment and mobs of frightened people with nowhere to turn. Look what happened to Russia after the fall of communism, they went through ten years of hell and then got a dictator.
