For generations, economic geniuses have made comments that 'all economists agree' that socialism, or Keynes or Beard, or libs are are always agreed that govt. spending not tax cuts are what charges an economy. That is a lie as Kemp, Friedman and others have written. So it is up to the Pubs-conservs-Talk Radio-Fox to communicate to the dumbed down uninformed voters how free enterprise works, how that Fannie and Freddie were dumped and duped by Raines, Frank, Dodd, Durbin et al to start this mortagage meltdown and to show voters that socialism never works. It will take time and after the public finally gets buyer's remorse, it will take even more years to undo, if possible , all the state govt . sponsored programs that socialism supports.
