"Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian" -- Better than the First

Agree and Disagree

I agree that the movie was a lot of fun and thoroughly entertaining, but I disagree that it was better than the first.

My biggest problem with the movie was the snarky dialogue. There wwere just too many forced jokes - the Einstein's singing That's the Way I Like It, some of the absurd things said by Kamunra, etc. The dialogue, I felt, was a bit too snappy and fast-paced for the movie. If I had, say, an 8 year old boy seeing this movie, I would inevitably fear hearing the repetition of some of the jokes.

On top of that, I know it is a small thing, but errors in geography are unacceptable. If you are traveling from the Smithsonian Castle to the Air and Space museum, you don't go anywhere evne remotely close to the Lincoln Memorial, yet they found a way.

By the way, you are absolutely correct. Amy Adams stole the show.
