I am beginning to think that this country would be better off sending California, Washington, Oregon, and the Northeast packing; Sort of like the Velvet Divorce between the Czech and Slovak Republics in the 1990s. A Red State USA wouldn't lack for Leftists they just would be fewer in number.
I understand your point. I was born in Idaho and many transplants from more populous states wanted to escape the effects of Liberal politics but, still believed in their tenets. Even if they had higher education they were not able to link the Liberal Cause to the disastrous outcome.

of Liberalism. Trying to turn Red states Blue. And p!$$ing everyone off doing it. Tell you the truth, I'd love to retire in Montana. And leave everybody alone. Just the way they are. Oh well, maybe someday........

Hadn't seen this post...yes, I've heard people in other states dislike Californians...
We happen to be in a conservative area on the Left coast, and aren't planning to go anywhere...however, it's almost funny to hear this, because when we moved out here from Texas the first thing we heard was how all us Texans were poluting the state...;)
