They mock and slander instead of explaining why there is a "right" to a state-issued license when they don't meet the criteria for that license, but could if they decided to.

In an astounding paradox, they insist there is no difference between men and women, but also insist that they are only attracted to their same sex. Those two don't make any sense when you take them together.
