I love your site. It's awesome and more importantly interesting. It is very challenging to know how to manage the balance of the markets to make sure they give us wealth but also so that the wealth created is spread around (not equally but where Americans can enjoy a fufilling life). I'm one of those old school Republicans (Buchanan-Schafley) who thinks we need to replace free trade with fair trade. I'm still a capailist but one with reserveations.

I agree that we need to replace free trade with something. Unfortunately, unless more people become active activists, our Congress will lack motivation to make any necessary switches.
