"I'm Tired"

Not all feel this way. I'm glad that Lt. Col. Repya wrote this.
People, we can't let our Troops out in the cold for politcis or anything else.
Our Military is always there for us so make sure WE will always be there for them.
And we as Americans can send politicans a message BUT when it comes from our Beloved Service members it shows politicans just how wrong they are about our Troops devotion.
Politicans on both sides better make sure that our Troops know how worthy they are, meaning let them fight for Victory and fund them.
It breaks my heart that they have to fight our enemy & our Government.
WE LOVE OUR TROOPS.

If we could go back a few months before the '06 election, we would find the country firmly behind our troops and the effort to bring stability in Iraq. Now, to read the msm, the country hates the war, and is only marginally behind our troops.

So what happened? Spin happened. The dems won and have pretended that the victory was all about disaffection with the war.

What we need is a strong conservative message to assert itself, as it did in the immigration flap.

The weak kneed neolibs will slink right back under their rocks, and it will again be popular to exalt our troops.

Our Senate and House have acted just shamelessly these past few years.

Army Lt. Col. Repya's comments are right on target, to our thinking! This is a great post I'll be sharing with a lot of folks!
The message rings especially clear for me, since my grandson headed back to Iraq today after two weeks of R&R here in Indiana. Last night we looked at photos and video on his laptop computer and saw and heard of the progress he's seen in his first seven months there.
He's a great Christian young man who is trying to make a difference in Iraq not only as an effective soldier, but as a just and compassionate person who cares about the children and how people are treated in day-to-day life.
I have the sense he's no different in that regard than a lot of our brave young men and women in service there.
May this country unite once again in support of them and of their mission to combat not civil war, as critics want to characterize it, but global terrorism, on that soil and not ours.

Of listening to political trolls. I'm tired of a CONgress so out of touch with myself and the majority of the nation they would offer amnesty to any felon, crook, or child molester who manages to run, walk or slither across the border.

And I'm glad to read LtC Repyas comments.

I was told that once we put politicas into war we will lose.
Here we have people that are illegal and our con-gress is willing to help & go the extra mile for these lawbreakers. But had a hard time funding our Troops so I guess I have to ask just whose side is congress on.
Support Our Troops is not a slogan, nor should they have to beg congress for something that they need.
Afer all it's the Troops lives at stake not congress. It's our Troops that need equipment, body armor, funds, etc- not congress.
And it's our Troops that will fight for Victory, not congress.

For everyone else on here, Roger is a fellow PPT Ambassador that I've had the priviledge to mentor (he didn't need much help!). And he for sure is one of the "Good Guys" and like many others has a very personal interest in the WOT as he said his grandson just headed back to Iraq.

Do reasonable, sane people wish that people who disagree with them were never born, or killed in the womb by their mothers? Is it such a stretch to think that such a sentiment is tantamount to a threat?

It's a sad day when our Military has to defend itself against the likes of people that have no valid interest in our Country, Military, or it's American citizens.
No one is getting confused here except you. You are by your own words ashamed of our Country, our Flag, our Beliefs, our Values, our Military, our Government. But yet you believe in thugs like hugo. What did our Country, Flag, Military, Beliefs, Values & the American people ever do to you to hate America so much?
