I have long believed that the dimocrats will not take the war on terror seriously until there's a mushroom cloud somewhere over America and terrorists around the world jumping for joy. Then and only then will the Left realize that we're in trouble and that we can't talk our way out of it.

And you're right, if and when that happens, they will blame Bush and Cheney for not keeping us safe and never once admit their own culpability. Just like the children they are.
