1928 Meets 2008

I think as we look back on our new country from the perspective of the events surrounding late 2008 and early 2009 we will recognize all the classical indicators that were precusor to some rather horrific decissions in the insurance, automotive and banking industries.

2009 lends a whole new meaning to 'creative destruction' and ultimately the dinosaurs did go extinct. Size matters and during these transitional periods of technological history the small agile economic animal has fared much better than the railroad barron. Which in the new reality, is the Government.
