Don Imus Flap

Even without knowing what comment Imus made, my response was similar to yours -- who cares what the idiot says. He's not someone whose opinion should matter to anyone. As long as the women are doing their job, the only comments that should matter are from their coach. Everyone should realize by now that morons like Imus and Stern utter inflammatory comments only to generate ratings and thereby increase their revenue; why should we contribute to their wallets by paying attention to them? Freedom of speech is wonderful; so, too, is the freedom to shut our ears to idiots.
