I also think there will be more and more dissension expressed as Obama's presidency wains. The market and people waiting for a free check will hopefully realize the mistake voted into the white house. This is not partisanship, if Obama were a republican we'd be yelling all the same!

Maybe Americans aren't the sheep

Ob was hoping they would be after all! I am encouraged by the way people on the money shows are reacting to this insanity...

We may be looking at a major loss for the dems in 2010! If ACORN doesn't fix the elections, that is...

Eric

The difference is that if Obama was a Republican, he'd have BOTH sides yelling.

For some reason, Liberals close ranks and "principled" conservatives attack their own. They don't even try to find the positive in any situation. The first thing they think is, ok, what did that person do that I can criticize to show how open minded I am.

I was too

until they began to attack Steele. Geez Sheila, why do conservative entertainers feel they have a God-given duty to tear down everyone that steps up to the plate?

As an Independent, I will tell you honestly, it doesn't look good when the party that is supposed to have principles have little or zip loyalty.

Loyalty isn't something earned...it's something that goes with any relationship...something implied when you choose to join a group, a company, a friendship, a marriage.

I am glad that a lot of the business shows are going after a lot of his policies. Of course the White House says "only credible economists" agree with the plan. I guess the others are all just a bunch of duds. And Geithner is a star (sizzling faster than you can say taxes!).

I knew that he was going to change things, but I did not realize what a litte kid he would be if he did not get his way. Grow up.

As for loyalty, it is earned. The attacks on each other are out of control. Step back, regroup, get it together and move on. And stand as one, not a million pieces.

Sue

Loyalty is never earned. It is expected whenever you enter a relationship. When we hire someone, we expect their loyalty...when we take on a client, they expect loyalty from us...We expect and give loyalty to our church, the groups we join, the friends that we share our time and our space with.

We are loyal to grand parents we may have not seen in decades and to New York just because it is part of a nation we call ours.

And the MINUTE that we can not be loyal, when we see nothing worth believing and trusting in, we should leave and end the unhealthy relationship.

I agree that we need to stop fighting but we can't get it together until loyalty is part of the principles upon which we stand together.
