Obama's Lipstick on a Pig comment.

Mr. Obama's comment about putting lipstick on a pig was taken as a smear against Sarah Palin who, in her speech at the Republican Convention, made the remark that "the only difference between a pit bull and a hockey mom is lipstick."

There is now much controversy about what Mr. Obama meant.

It does not matter what he meant; what matters is how it was taken. We can not have a President who has the potential to meet with the leader of a foreign country and make a comment that "could" be taken as a smear against his country. Because if it "could", it will.

Mr. Obama has just shown that he does not have the experience necessary to act in a manner required of a man who would be President of the United States.

Lynn...

That's the problem with being so "nuanced." People walk away assigning whatever meaning they want, and that will rarely be taken in a positive way.

Mr. Obama has demonstrated repeatedly that he isn't qualified. It's a shame so many aren't thinking about what "qualified" means.

Thanks for the comment.
