Obama Gang is Money Laundering the TARP and TALF Programs

Criminals all,

our new administration. You are certainly right that if this was President Bush doing this, the dems would certainly have their knickers in a twist. You're also right that we'd better stop this; now when it's still possible rather than later when the window of opportunity might well be closed forever.

Good stuff Joe.

I'm glad you brought this up Stefano

We need for greater numbers of voters to catch onto the "laundering" scheme. It is deceitful and hypocritical and we have a right to expect more out of our "public servants." The democrat "leadership" ought to have their photos hung in all of our post offices - they are unindicted conspirators, the lot of them.

Stefano

Never would have guessed anything like this would happen, what with a bunch of lawyers in power, from the top down. Parsing and dissembling are the order of the day.
Great post!

thanks for this post

Simply amazing. This has to be stopped. I don't want a future where these effects are irreversible, and America may be on the path of our European friends who are in more trouble themselves.

One Hand Washes The Other

Excellent post, Stefano! I tend to ignore the WP but they are on target with this article! pbho refusing to accept the payback of TARP funds from the banks in order to control/nationize them is out and out extortion. Of course, pbho and crew would find a way to siphon off money for their own benefits and pbho`s reelection fund. Do you have a background in economics, Stefano? You have a very good grasp and understanding of the subject.

Good post

I have been seeing, hearing and reading a lot on TARP and those who did not want it and then if they got it, to give it back.

During Obama's campaign I was so tired of hearing that it was the greatest campaign ever. It was corrupt and a bunch of bullying. It seems to have carried over into his administration.

Thanks for all

of the comments. So far, I have heard nothing about this in the media except the Wash Post article. Perhaps it's time to call congressional types. I say that they should either observe the law, or take the heat and repeal the law restricting pay.

Update

I sent an email to one of the authors of the Wash Post article. He answered with this:

"Hi Joe, two committees on capitol hill are looking into this. We'll be writing about this again soon."

That's a good start. We'll be following up later.
