Great post You are so right on may points. There ARE so many things we need to do NOW, I especially like your points re the 20+ blends required by states like California. We are wasting refinery time blending all thes different blends. If you get a chance I'd like your comments on my post re a proposal I have for offshore oil revenue, I think it could move fence sitters in states like FLorida to support off shore drilling. My Bloog is My View From The Right.
