Welcome and good luck with the rereading of the Federalist Papers! I just read your post on the other blog and am glad we agree. I am seeing a trend on the commentary on almost all the articles posted on townhall...I was thinking of doing another blog on townhall called "Six Degrees of GWB" and link all the world's problems back to him.

We all know history began on Jan 20, 2001 and prior to that there is a big blank. If the next President is Democratic, then all of his or her problems will have been caused by GWB. Pathetic.

VOR, Thanks for stopping by. I hope to someday populate my blog with some interesting insight and commentary on key political machinations of the day. I checked out your blog too and have added it to my favorites.

In case you can't tell I am pretty conservative and am a little worried about the 08 elections. I intend to do all I can for liberal defeat in 08; give money, work hard for a candidate or two, start a blog, etc.

You left a comment on my blog yesterday and I have to say with some humility I didn't know you had a blog.
I hate big government and the left's ideas. It seems we are plunging more and more into socialism which I don't think our founding fathers had in mind.

For my own personal opinion, I wish government would stay our of our lives except to protect us from invasion which it seems it is failing to do.

I need to read the Federalists papers again. It's been a long time since I read them.

Your blog looks like it will be very interesting and I intend to come back.
