First, thanks for serving, we need more like you.

Second, everybody keeps saying WWII only lasted three years. The war began in 1939, we didn't come in until the middle of it. Also, we had the support of some powerful allies. You are right the war would have gone on a lot longer if we hadn't bombed Japan.

Maybe we need to take a tougher line in the War on Terror.
