He was referring to Obama's plane as "O-Force One".

House GOP members are still trying to pressure the Dems on allowing an up-or-down vote before their August vacation. There are a number of online petitions up and running to add to that pressure. It probably won't work... but it can raise a little "awareness" in the public eye as to what this measure is all about.
