First of all, you're right, that is the signal of distress, like SOS.

However... how do you know they were real veterans? If all the guys who claim they're Vietnam veterans were REALLY there, we'd have won that was in about 2.5 hours. How do you know the Gold Star mothers were the real deal?

You don't, and I'd bet my bottom dollar there were a lot of liars acting like those kinds of folks. Don't sweat it.

If there's another GOE event coming up, please keep me posted. It's hard for me to travel long distances because of my disability, but with enough notice I may be able to figure something out, and I'd love to participate.

I'm sure that those 'vets' marching with ANSWER were probably only veterans of the local army-navy surplus store or thrift shop.

The only reason my kids didn't wear their t-shirts from moveamericaforward to school is that they're adult smalls, which still makes them nighties for my Eaglets.

I think that they "claimed" they were Iraq vets. If so, I'm betting that they are Sh*tbirds and there for the a**, drugus, and free ride.

Hey Nee, thanks for sharing the tales from Gathering of the Eagles. Between you and Crawfish, it sounds like it's been a great event, especially when trying to have 'dialogue' with the lefties who make themselves look so foolish. And I bet there were a LOT of imposters among them, fake vets, etc.

Why such hatred of Bush? They must buy into the 9-11 conspiracy crap that our own govt planned and executed the whole thing. Naw, I wouldn't even suspect that of the Clintons. They want our money, they want to decide every aspect of our lives, but I'm pretty sure the Islamic terrorists and Commies like Che the mass murderer are a lot worse than even our spineless and amoral politicians.

I am gonna keep em both up...for now. I will start using the thing like pepp has to tell when I post new and where, 'kay?
