Right on, Nee!

Yeeeeeeeee-HAW!

(thanks for the cameo, too, btw)

Too true...

If only they'd let the market do what it does best it would have fixed itself a while back. I'm just happy not to be a member of Nancy Pelosi's proletariate..

Check out my new and short essay.

It's on topic.

Some crisis huh!

The market is greedy but not suicidal. What are they going to do? Say, "Gives us what we want or we will lose everything we have getting even." I think not.

No, the market must find it's own way out of their mess. Government must limit it's actions to removing the worthless CRA and Banking Rules that caused the whole problem to begin with and stay out of the way.

Will people get hurt? Absolutely! That is life in a free society, and make no mistake, economic freedom is the only real freedom.

The strong will survive and let bankruptcy take the weak. This is just capitalism thinning the herd.

without a doubt

Very true btw, While they are all investing in our economy they are also creaming that our gov fix it by pumping more into the economy. Interesting indeed.

I posted today about this phenomeonon.

That's right- weeding is good for growth...Too bad we waited so long and the those who should be held accountable have left the building. We are a resilient people and as long as we don't fall prey to doom and gloom, we'll be okay. The ones who will suffer the most are those who already ride the system. Those of us with work ethic will be "working"!!

Thanks for stopping by...I see you are adding to the debates over at BrianR's place. That's where I go to keep sane!!

A Danger

Every time us regular people get in a rage the elitists back down. They must hate us with a passion! If Obama wins you can count on an assault on Talk Radio. Or if McLame wins.

I just left this answer for you over at my place, but I thought I'd put it here, too, so you're sure to see it. I'm going to be putting up a new essay either tonight or tomorrow, and I don't want this to get lost in the shuffle:

You asked about guns.

____________

Nee, I'm never sure how to answer such a broad question. Here are my suggestions:

A .22LR, handgun or rifle. Great for training and fun, and bagging rabbit-sized game.

A 12GA shotgun. Home defense, sport, bird-hunting, rabbits, etc.

Major-caliber handgun (.357 Mag, .45ACP, 9MM, etc.). Defense. Revolver if you're a novice, but I prefer semi-autos.

A semi-auto battle rifle (AR, M1A, FN, etc) in either .223 or .308 (my preference). Self-explanatory.
