North Korean Fireworks Display....or not

There were fewer duds in the fireworks diplays I watched last night than the North Koreans experienced in their missle tests over the past few days. And we are supposed to take these guys seriously? Maybe the best thing would be if one of their bottle rockets fell on Russian or Japanese territory (without any casualties). Then at least there would be justification to respond to an "act of war" by sending in a flurry of Cruise missles (yes the real ones) for precise strikes on all of their launch facilities.
