I agree with your thesis 100%. I also posit that Congress will not get off the dime about OCS drilling until AFTER the election. If they win the majorities they expect, they will be the only ones to blame if we don't drill then. And Pelosi's insistence on raiding the strategic reserve is yet another example, a la compact fluorescent bulbs and ethanol, of Liberal immediate fixes that only make the problem worse. Great work!
