Morals Matter

Laws are not about right or wrong, they are about maintaining order in a governed society (in this case one with the constitution acting as supreme authority). The constitutional reasoning for row v wade me have been weak, and many who are "pro-choice" do not agree with abortion such as myself, but it appears moral relativism is relative to you....How do you decide what is right or wrong...a book? an institution which largely sat on the sidelines of the holocaust for political reasons and which perpetrated the crusades? Abortion may be wrong, but the alternative (back alley abortions, neglectful parents) is much worse. Maybe you should look up the definition of moral absolutism. As for the redistribution of wealth, why don't you look at some statistics? Wealth has been redistributed for decades...upwards. Wanna defend executive pay? Want an answer to the cause of some of our current economic problems? Look at savings and domestic production levels over the past 30 years.
