I mean it has to be his fault right? Talk about privatizing profit and socializing loss. When you break down what she is saying it's basically this:

Yes we DO control the congress, yes everything from energy to banking oversight must come through and be approved BY US. But it's still Bush's fault. It's the whole victim mentality taken to the stratosphere. They are so convinced that everything they do is right that there is simply no possibilty that they could be wrong. How could they be? They are so much smarter than the rest of us. Just aske them, they'll tell you.
