"Green" energy failing (again), Nuclear ascending (almost) worldwide

Richardson was the instrument of death for advanced nuclear reactor programs in the US. He killed the highly successful Integral Fast Reactor program, after he shut down the world's premier Fast Flux Test Facility. During a Programmatic study, he made a deal with the French to collaborate on fast reactor systems, then on his last day, he told the world that no one stepped forward with interest. The Japaneese R&D programs had been stiffed before. Isotope production is almost non-existent Worldwide there is advanced reactor R&D - not in the USA. But we've got wind - this sucks.
