I wrote about the Gundy situation myself tonight, although I will not be publishing it until tomorrow.
I agree with every word you said, and you brought up one point I failed to mention...that the girl who attacked the qb treated him like he was soft, and then she plays the girly girl routine when being hit back.

the need for chicks to report on sports and be taken seriously. I found it somewhat ironic that while there was this big push on for accepting sports reporterettes, it was for them to cover male sports and not provide more coverage of female sports.

I also remember how they had to be given access to men's locker rooms to do post-game interviews. Even though this was all years ago, I must note my disappointment that I have yet to be given permission to conduct locker-room interviews of the Swedish women's Olympic volleyball team.
