And envy!! Ouch! I have tried that, myself. But alas, I just hang and read. It is nice to chat with like thinkers, to be sure. Every Wednesday since My husband has commuted to Chicago, I go to a local restaurant and do the same. Some nights I leave scratching my head...ah, yes. It will definitely be a relief when the election is finally over.

it's the difference between having a conversation and exchanging letters. I'm having fun over there and the folks are great. I've even found someone that could be a BrianR clone on the election.

I can even post links to articles here on the chat thread. Here, I have to wait hours or days for a response.

That is a great site and is referenced by so many Conservatives.

The novelty is bound to wear off sooner or later and the conversations will eventually trigger more than a few good articles as well. I still get around the blogs, but I don't spend time commenting anymore because then I have to make the same rounds over to see the reply and I just don't have the time these days.

Sooner or later I'm bound to come up with something to write about over there. You can go there and read just about anything posted, you just can't vote on the articles, post links of your own, or get into the chat rooms.
