Notice I said that Capitalism depends on individuals in society. I apologize for not making myself clearer on that. I should have said "responsible" or "moral" individuals. Because capitalism is a self-energizing system, it can only be brought down from the inside.

Our economic decline is not the result of one group of people although they wallstreeters certainly did their share. The government had a big hand in this disaster with mismanagement of tax payer's money through fraud, waste, and abuse. Barny Frank's manipulation of Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae and forcing banks to float loans to those who had no hope of every paying them back created a housing bubble, then collapse; and billions of tax payers dollars still going out to fund even more of the same.

A totally corrupt government starting with Obama and his wife and all the scoundrels and scofflaws he has surrounded himself with has turned our world upside down. The GOP elephant has been hamstrung by an unscrupulous unprincipled, amoral Democrat takeover of this country. Maybe it's time we started a new grass roots party and leave the elephant to its own devices. I sort of like the idea of another Bull Moose Party. Something with a set of gonads to represent a new attitude of taking back America.

Gunny only to people like coop do you have to explain individualism. to people like him it is not common knowledge that being responsible and moral are but two of the definitions of individualism.
wall street is not all bad. only a few of the many working there have taken advantage. but all have to be implicated according to libs. unless you are a victim, then you must be a crook according liberal ideology.
individualism is the antitheme of liberalism.
