CFL's will soon be an item to display in museums only.
LED's will be cheap enough soon (3-5 yrs) and use even less power and last about five times as long as CFL's.
I'm in the energy efficiency business, and I've found good reason to switch over to the CFL's just because I don't like the power company and have some bubls that are just a royal pain to change. But the LED's are the next item!
