Unfortunately for Mitt, he has the manufactured "cult" label attached to him being a mormon in good standing. He, like Al Smith in 1928, cannot overcome his mormon background because mormons have the cult stigma.

However, he can run on his fiscal conservative expert in how business is run reputation. Next to Sarah Palin he will be a powerhouse of conservativism. I whole-heartedly support that. As a presidential candidate, he is a loser because America is not ready for a Mormon, unfortunately.
