How to Recall a California Supreme Court Justice

California Recall
I'm all for holding the justices accountable, as we have done before, but what happens after they are gone? Either Schwarzenegger or some other marriage-neutering-friendly Governor will make the appointments to fill the vacancies, most likely.

Hang in there Ken
The California justices are elected. The Pravda media won't help, but someone might ask them their views before they are appointed.
I'd love to be able to hold our elected repesentatives liable for perjury as readily as they hold our citizens (like baseball players, and cooking show hostesses) liable.
I don't know what happened to Arnie. The "gay" community are a Nazi SS strike force against democracy. They'll attack the pope and whack little old ladies on the head. Could be they even have the Terminator nervous.

Too Late
The only problem with this is that it is too late. This should have been done the moment the ruling was issued. Its not as if this came as any real surprise.
I had hoped last year that recall petitions were ready to go

Where to Start?
I too, thought, that a recall petition should have been floating around last August. In retrospect, this election was so packed, things might have gotten lost in the clutter.
We need to start. Organizing isn't my forte... Any thoughts?
