I'll also say even I raised an eyebrow when I read about that study. Even if the conclusions are true, it's not helpful to say Bush lied. As a study, it should say "Bush was an idiot who ignored intelligence" or "Bush reacted in a rash way to dubious information" but not he lied. It's not like they can look into his soul or something.
