California's Gay Marriage Ban

They want what they want, and they want it NOW.
The homosexuals deep down in their consciences somewhere, want to be Justified. They want their sinful behavior to be recognized as, "normal".
I remember in the days of Lot, there were homosexual me beating on his door to have sex with the "men", (who were really angels) inside. Lot told them he had virgin daughters, and he would give them .....NO, they wanted the MEN.
In essence, they have traded the truth of God for a lie.

California is the nations economic leader and if CA is not producing then we have an added dommino effect. With Christians and Families having this ability to carry an agenda, we can surely find someone with the right stuff.

The most ironic thing is that 70% of blacks voted no to gay marriage. You don't se the gays protesting the blacks. Because it is politically incorrect for a so called minority to protest a minority.

I understand that, but, leave it to the media to come out with polls showing that it's the religious, uneducated (and usually white) population that is the reason for the majority of the US not being 'progressive'. I am sick of the world looking down at ME for not agreeing with this behavior. I don't care if they want to be gay-I don't. However, do not force it down my throat. Gay couples are gaining all the rights that married heterosexual couples have through civil unions. Let it end with that. I will tell you what the real problem is here. The real problem is that the media and other outlets are SO politically correct, they Can't stand up for what is actually right! They have become so engrossed in this ludicrous behavior and the lies they tell that I am not sure they realize what the truth is anymore. And the gay community is the same way. They do have rights, it's just not enough for them. They want to take a sacred institution and turn it into a laughing stock! Why should we take them seriously if they don't respect the majority of the population? And as for the media-they obviously need a wake-up call, but I doubt that will happen. They'll just keep spewing this garbage. It's really sad.

Virtually 100% of anti-gay activity in this country is choreographed and funded by the Christian right. Such was the case in California. What's next?

Maybe the same majority of voters will decide that the universe is 6,000 years old. Thus it shall be.

The California Supreme Court should - but probably won't - overturn this as unconstitutional. Thus this will - and should be - on the ballot again. The gay community will have to do a better job of marketing tolerance than the Christians did in selling hatred supported by mythology and superstition.
