Sheila: There was a similar case about a month or so Ago that FIRE was supporting, I believe it was, of course, a conservative paper that had made a mock advertisement for a Scholarship for White people, and the Student Life Comittee deal was trying to sue them. But yes, the right is the whipping boy in higher ed administrations.

Wil: really. the paper that got the muslims upet was pretty tame, and all the claims of intimidation & harassment are rediculous.
